By accessing or using Adotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Chrome extension or website.
Adotion provides a Chrome extension and web application that allows users to save, store, and organize Meta video advertisements into their personal Notion workspaces.
Adotion operates on a subscription model (Starter and Pro). By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees associated with that plan. Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments and are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital infrastructure and storage costs, we do not offer refunds for any subscription plan. However, in the rare event of a severe, prolonged technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the service, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund.
Our Pro tier offers unlimited ad saving to facilitate a seamless workflow for media buyers. However, this is subject to a Fair Use Policy to prevent infrastructure abuse. If your usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth and storage of a typical agency user, we reserve the right to temporarily throttle your account, request that you upgrade to a custom enterprise plan, or terminate your service. We will always attempt to contact you before taking action.
You are solely responsible for the content you save using Adotion. Adotion acts as a conduit for saving public data for personal/internal research purposes. You agree not to use Adotion to violate the intellectual property rights of Meta, advertisers, or any third party.
Adotion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for changes to the Meta Ad Library, the Notion API, or any third-party service that may temporarily or permanently disrupt Adotion's functionality.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
